Named after Wilke Brian, our non-traditional take on the Dunkles Weisse style honors his German heritage. We lagered a dark wheat base to create a smooth profile on top of roasty malts. Cracker malt, sweet, tart wheat, slight banana, and a roasty, dry finish. It’s pronounced Fronk-on-steen, I mean, Veelk-on-steen, Veelk-on-steen!
