The Wilke Brian

Named after Brian, co-owner and brewmaster of Comet Brews, whose nieces christened him Wilke Brian because there were too many Brians! This mixed-fermentation sour started with a variant of our Brain Golden Ale base, fermented with wild yeast, then spent time on oak and cold-conditioned. Crushable and tart, with notes of currants and raspberries.
