The Wilke Brian

Named after Brian, co-owner and brewmaster of Comet Brews, whose nieces christened him Wilke Brian because there were too many Brians! For this iteration, we took a dark sour base and double dry hopped it with Comet hops. Berries, stonefruit, and chocolate with a light sourness.
