The Joyce

Named after Joyce, Lisa’s mother and co-owner of Comet Press, who loves oaky Chardonnays. We co-fermented a Witbier base with Chardonnay grapes and aged it all together on oak. The wheat enhances the Chardonnay’s richness, delivering bright fruitiness with an oaky backbone.
