The Wilke Brian

Named after Brian, co-owner and brewmaster of Comet Brews, whose nieces christened him Wilke Brian because there were too many Brians! For this iteration, we took a roasty stout base and loaded it with Comet and Mosaic hops. Dark chocolate with intense piney hops.
