The Wilke Brian

Named after Brian, co-owner and brewmaster of Comet Brews, whose nieces christened him Wilke Brian because there were too many Brians! For this iteration, we made a lightly soured, old-world table sour. Notes of currants and raspberries with a light sour background. Proost!
